8:40 AM – WELCOME REMARKS

From Greentown Labs CEO Georgina Campbell Flatter

9:00 AM – KEYNOTE: ON SCALING THE BIGGEST CLEAN ENERGY IPO ON WALL STREET

Featuring Fervo Energy CEO and Co-founder Tim Latimer and SCF Partners’ David Baldwin.

Tim Latimer didn’t just prove that next-generation geothermal works, he built a company that went from early-stage startup to public markets, from founding to opening bell in under a decade, faster than almost anyone thought possible in hard infrastructure. In this candid fireside chat, Tim returns to the Greentown stage to pull back the curtain on what that scaling journey looked like from the inside.

In this session, we’re going deep into the decisions that don’t make the press releases: how Tim thought about timing a rare energy IPO, what he’d do differently at the earliest stages knowing what he knows now, and why he made the deliberate choice to plant Fervo’s flag in Houston. For a room full of founders, investors, and corporate partners building the next generation of energy infrastructure, the Fervo journey offers a blueprint full of lessons learned for today’s energy and climate leaders.

We’ll dig into what it takes to move fast in a hardware-heavy industry, how to build investor conviction before the market narrative catches up, and what Fervo’s trajectory signals for the next wave of climate companies eyeing scale.

9:45 AM – LAUNCHING UNICORNS: WHAT BREAKS ON THE WAY TO SCALE

A lot of climatetech companies start with big ambition. Very few make it to real scale, and getting there is rarely straightforward. It takes more than a strong idea: capital, timing, partnerships, and the ability to navigate constant uncertainty all play a role. So what actually makes the difference? Why do some companies break through while others stall? And once you reach that next level, how does the challenge change? This conversation will feature founders and operators who’ve built and scaled in key industrial verticals. They’ll share what it really took to grow, where things nearly broke, and how they’re thinking about the road ahead.

10:25AM – NETWORKING BREAK

11:00 AM – THE U.S. NUCLEAR RENAISSANCE: IS THIS COMEBACK DIFFERENT?

Nuclear keeps coming back into the conversation, but this moment feels different. There’s real pressure now. Federal action, including a series of executive orders fast-tracking reactor testing and permitting and pushing companies toward near-term criticality, is forcing timelines in a way we haven’t seen before. At the same time, the pieces are lining up: new reactor designs, more capital, and a policy environment that’s starting to move. Still, big questions remain, especially around what it actually takes to build and deliver first-of-a-kind projects. This conversation  brings together people working directly in this space to dive into what’s actually changed, what still hasn’t, and whether this push can translate into projects that actually get built.

11:40 AM – POWERING THE AI BOOM: ENERGY, SITING, AND THE CAPITAL BEHIND IT

Data centers are becoming one of the fastest-growing sources of energy demand in the U.S., reshaping how we think about power, infrastructure, and scale. As AI, cloud computing, and digital services accelerate, critical questions come into focus: do we fully understand the energy requirements of an increasingly AI-powered world, and are we developing enough reliable power to meet that demand?

Hear from industry leaders while they unpack what it will take to support the next wave of data infrastructure. From surging energy needs and grid constraints to siting decisions and capital investment, the conversation will explore how the sector is adapting and what must change to keep pace with growing demand.
