• Hertha Metals raised $17M to scale its energy-efficient and cost-effective green-steelmaking process. 
• Florrent closed $9.5M in Seed-2 funding to expand its next-generation ultracapacitors that provide firm, renewable power at every level of the grid. 
• EnaDyne completed its €7M seed financing round to build its first pilot plant by 2026, marking a key step in scaling its CO₂ conversion technology.
• Adept Materials was awarded $1.25M in grant funding from the National Science Foundation’s Small Business Innovation Research Phase II program to advance its safe, sustainable indoor paint and primer system.
• It’s electric secured a $1.1M grant from the California Energy Commission to launch its breakthrough vehicle-to-grid EV charger. 
• MicroEra Power received $250k in non-dilutive funding from Wells Fargo’s Innovation Incubator to work with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory to scale its long-duration energy-storage solution.

• FAST Metals received an investment from Rio Tinto, in partnership with Founders Factory, to advance its mission of sustainably supplying critical metals.
• Greentown alum WeaveGrid announced a strategic investment from LG Technology Ventures to enable seamless EV integration with the electric grid. 
• Greentown alum QuEra received renewed investment from Nvidia’s venture arm to accelerate its neutral-atom quantum-computing solution.
• Greentown alum MacroCycle Technologies received an SBIR Phase I grant from the National Science Foundation to advance the science behind its carbon-free plastic recycling technology.

• Haffner Energy signed a long-term sustainable aviation fuel offtake deal with Luxaviation. 
• Reframe Systems built a triple-decker home structure in Somerville, MA in just four days using its robotics-enabled, microfactory-built box system. 
• Neuralix partnered with Vivakor to deploy its AI-powered optimization technology across midstream energy operations.
• Spare-it partnered with Capgemini to bring its real-time waste intelligence platform to Capgemini’s global enterprises.
• Cala Systems shipped the first production units of its smart water heater that operates based on the patterns of hot water use in each home, maximizing savings while minimizing carbon emissions. 
• Transaera announced the first deployment of its Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS) in a high-demand kitchen environment with the installation of its ultra-efficient HVAC system on a Miami kitchen rooftop.
• It’s electric partnered with the City of Alameda, CO to install the city’s first building-powered public curbside EV chargers on Alameda Housing Authority property.
• Flux Marine partnered with Highfield Boats in a rigging agreement to advance electric propulsion integration for boat building.
• Ivys Energy Solutions is partnering with the City of Detroit and others to deliver zero-emission vehicles, storage systems, and fueling infrastructure in an integrated, one-stop model for sustainable deployment.
• American Battery Technology Company announced its landmark partnership with Call2Recycle, Inc. to expand its operations into consumer battery recycling.
• Greentown alum SparkCharge deployed its mobile EV-charging technology at the U.S. Open, charging the event’s fleet of EVs for staff, players, VIPs, and other logistics throughout the event without the need for grid updates or construction.
• Greentown alum Freshr Sustainable Technologies Inc. solidified a Joint Development Agreement with Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation following their collaboration through Greentown Go 2021 to advance its sustainable active packaging that prolongs the shelf life of fresh proteins.

• Ambient Fuels was acquired by Electric Hydrogen and entered a strategic relationship with Generate Capital, a leading infrastructure investment platform and former Ambient investor, to accelerate innovative hydrogen project finance solutions worldwide.
• Cemvita expanded its footprint in Brazil with a strategic technology acquisition that strengthened its portfolio of carbon-negative industrial biotechnologies and added a new senior hire to drive regional growth. 
• Conduit Tech was acquired by ServiceTitan to integrate the startup’s suite of AI automation products, which empower contractors with fast and accurate measurement tools and custom visualizations. 
• GPR was acquired by precision-autonomous-vehicles-positioning leader BTG Positioning Systems for its breakthrough radar-based positioning technology. 
• Loop CO₂ opened its new lab in Marlborough, MA to scale production of its CO₂-based sustainable materials.   
• Greentown alum SpadXTech opened a new headquarters in Marlborough, MA to scale production of its bio-based leather alternatives.
