• Cyvl raised a $14M Series A to advance its AI-powered infrastructure data platform, helping cities better plan, design, and maintain their transportation systems. 
• Vertical Horizons secured $11M in funding and announced its rebrand to Vertical Semiconductor, reflecting its expanded focus on sustainable semiconductor manufacturing.
• Tender Foods raised $6.5M and rebranded to Lasso to broaden its tech applications beyond alternative proteins to new applications, including fruit snacks and pet food. 
• Janta Power raised a $5.5M seed round to accelerate the development of its high-density, 3D-photovoltaic-tower technology.
• Active Services received an investment from J-Power, one of Japan’s largest power producers, for its next-generation solar. 
• Glimpse closed a multimillion-dollar debt facility with Silicon Valley Bank to accelerate growth and the development of its battery-quality-monitoring technology.
• Greentown alum Caravel Bio received a $7.8M award from the National Science Foundation to develop first-in-class products in DNA synthesis, animal health, and non-pollutive chemical manufacturing.
• ACCEL alum Cellsense received a $1M investment from 43North to accelerate its novel gas fermentation process for greenhouse gases breakdown and alternative product synthesis.

Partnerships + Deployments

• Agrilab Technologies deployed three new AGT Mini-Systems across North America, with a fourth installation in progress, advancing its mission to make sustainable agriculture accessible at scale.
• Phlair partnered with NSB Group to integrate carbon-removal technologies into the shipping industry, driving decarbonization in maritime logistics.
• Monaire teamed up with ServiceChannel to bring AI-powered monitoring and optimization to HVAC and refrigeration systems across commercial facilities.
• QEA Tech launched its Roof Assure Audit, a new solution that combines drone imaging and AI analytics to assess and improve roof energy performance.
• Raptor Maps is partnering with AB CarVal to deploy its autonomous solar site inspections and performance analysis technology. 
• AgZen teamed up with Corteva to optimize crop inputs with its AI leaf-monitoring system through lab and field testing.
• Flux Marine unveiled its new product: the first all-electric Medline 6.8 RIB, powered by its high-performance electric propulsion and modular battery system.
• Greentown alum Via Separations announced a new Gulf Coast deployment, expanding its industrial membrane technology to reduce energy use in large-scale manufacturing.
• Greentown alum Electra announced deals with tech giants Meta, Nucor, and Toyota Tsusho America for its green steelmaking process. 

Expansions

• Phoenix Tailings opened a cutting-edge U.S. rare earth metallization facility to boost production of its zero-reliance rare-earth metals. 
• Greentown alum Electra cut the ribbon on its new demonstration facility in Colorado, which will begin producing clean iron in 2026.

• Mithril Technologies was designated “Awardable” by the DARPA ERIS Marketplace for its breakthrough, reconfigurable satellite-antenna technology.

• studio 3e8 was selected for Harvard Innovation Labs’ Launch Lab X, a global accelerator for Harvard alumni founders, for its climate-friendly, desktop, 3D-metal printer. 
• Decimetrix was chosen as a Top 100 global startup at the 2025 Entrepreneurship World Cup for its next-generation, end-to-end enterprise solutions.
