It provides a library of materials to replace every part of most clothes, and the expertise to allow global return. The same material can be a jacket today, a bag next month, a carpet a year later, a blouse the year after; again and again, with no capital investment and 1/5th the energy cost.

About the solution

RTV converts recycled ocean nets into nylon for its primary feedstock. The company then adds proprietary chemistries to replicate the performance of a wide variety of polymer yarns, hardware and adhesives. All RTV elements join into a garment that can be recycled in a single step with no disassembly.
