About the solution

QEA Tech uses industrial drones and IoT devices to capture thousands of data points per building envelope. This data is then processed and analyzed by our patented AI software which quantifies energy loss for the entire building envelope and pinpoints a wide range of issues down to inches. QEA Tech’s solution calculates energy losses, GHG emissions, actual effective R values, and forecasted energy savings associated with each building envelope element. Leveraging this data, QEA Tech recommends targeted retrofits that maximize energy saving and ROI. QEA Tech also creates a measurable 3D model of the buildings assessed to further simplify the retrofit planning process.
