- NeuroBionics secured a $10M seed round for its minimally invasive neuromodulation device.
- Greentown members florrent, Julius Education, and SRGE and alum SparkCharge received a total of $1M in grants from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) for clean energy workforce development projects.
- Greentown alum Fervo Energy raised a $462M Series E funding round for continued deployment and commercialization of its next-generation geothermal technology.
- Greentown alum Nfinite won a $4.6M grant to scale its “paper that behaves like plastic.”
- Carbon to Value Initiative and Go Move 2022 alum Carbonova raised C$5.1M to launch an industrial nanofibre demonstration in Calgary.
Partnerships + Deployments
- Lydian opened a 25,000 square foot R&D center of excellence in Charlestown, MA to continue scaling its synthetic fuel production.
- Raptor Maps was selected by Sabanci Renewables to enhance the performance and reliability of Sabanci’s solar assets using Raptor Maps’ advanced analytics technology that identifies errors for solar owners and operators.
- Haffner Energy secured a major technology-licensing, joint-venture, and 5 MW pilot project partnership with a Canadian partner.
- NeuroBionics secured an offtake agreement with DexMat, Inc. to use DexMat’s Galvorn® Carbon Nanotube Fiber technology in NeuroBionics’ minimally-invasive neuromodulation platform.
- Advanced Ionics broke ground on a new paid hydrogen pilot project with Lummus Technology at its R&D facility in Pasadena, Texas.
- Greentown alum SparkCharge launched the first off‑grid EV charging hub with Zipcar and MassCEC for shared mobility in Massachusetts.
- Greentown alum Ebb Carbon signed a pre-purchase agreement with Google to remove 3,500 tons of CO₂ from the atmosphere via its electrochemical water technology.
- Greentown alum and Carbon to Value Initiative Year 4 participant Seabound unveiled its first full-scale commercial system, the world’s first modular carbon capture systems for ships.
