  • QEA Tech’s data-driven building envelope audits using patented AI software, drones, and thermography won Tomorrow.City USA’s pitch competition.
  • Greentown members and alumni were named on the TIME list of America’s Top 250 GreenTech Companies of 2026:
    • Greentown alum Fervo Energy was ranked first for its geothermal power technology, delivering carbon-free energy
    • Additional Greentown members recognized:
      • Form Energy, developer of an innovative iron-air long-duration battery
      • Sublime Systems, whose technology decarbonizes cement-making and reduces cement kiln emissions
      • Advanced Ionics, which is creating new electrolyzer technology to enable decarbonized green hydrogen production
      • Phoenix Tailings, creator of the first fully clean mining and rare metals production technologies
    • Additional Greentown alumni recognized:
      • SparkCharge, manufacturer of efficient, portable, and modular charging stations for electric vehicles
      • Capture6, which uses salt water to remove atmospheric carbon while producing clean freshwater
      • Amogy, which is decarbonizing commercial transportation with a portable carbon-free energy system using ammonia as a renewable fuel

    • Laminar won gold in Optimized Industrial Process control for its data-driven IoT platform that optimizes industrial liquid and fluid systems.
    • Cyvl won Silver in Resilient Public Infrastructure for its 3D mapping and AI-powered infrastructure intelligence and asset management platform.
    • Adept Materials won Silver in Intelligent Painting Systems for its multifunctional building material technology, improving moisture regulation and energy efficiency.
