Open to those identifying as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color pursuing an environmental or sustainability degree or seeking a career in sustainability!
This day-long career fair will bring together young professionals and students of color across multiple environmental sectors and connect them with a diverse selection of employers in order to advance their careers.

BIPOC Green Careers Summit is presented by BlackOak Collective, Green Jobs Board, and Black Girl Environmentalist.
BlackOak Collective
Mission: BlackOak Collective is a rapidly growing Black environmental community. We combine the power of networking with digital engagement to create a safe space for Black environmental career development. Since October 2020, BlackOak has become a trusted partner across the environmental ecosystem. We have worked with 13 corporate and non-profit partners, hosted 25 events, shared 400+ jobs for over 100 companies, and brought in over 270 members.
Green Jobs Board
Mission: Green Jobs Board is a platform empowering all job-seekers with the education and tools needed to build impactful careers that solve the climate crisis. The platform creates accessible pathways and conversations that enable trust, transparency, and inclusion between job seekers and employers. Green Jobs Board is a part of the Brown Girl Green brand and shares a fast-growing dynamic audience with a collective 145,000 followers between accounts across Instagram and LinkedIn.
Black Girl Environmentalist
Mission: BGE is a national organization dedicated to addressing the pathway and retention issue in the climate movement for Black girls, women, and gender-expansive people. By empowering emerging climate leaders of color, we are committed to supporting Black girls, women, and gender-expansive people realize their full potential in climate leadership.
