About the Solution

Centralized control over rare earth materials has opened up a critical vulnerability in international supply chains. To address this problem MECo has developed a faster, more precise, and more efficient way to manufacture magnets domestically. The approach achieves fully densified bulks from recycled powders in as little as 60 seconds while consuming drastically less energy. MECo’s vision is to provide a new class of sintering technologies to enable the next generation of commercial materials science.
