Thalon Materials is filling this gap by scaling a low carbon, domestic production process that creates metal from brine.

About the Solution

Thalon’s process uses patented oxide electrolysis and high-efficiency distillation to replace the energy-intensive legacy processes. Thalon’s method requires 40% less energy than its competitors and reduces emissions by 80% over the current state-of-the-art.
