Open Circuit: The Founders Exhibit

Remember science museum worksheets from field trips? The kind where you wandered room to room, checked boxes, and left knowing more than you meant to? Open Circuit is bringing that back, but for founders.

Open Circuit: The Founders Exhibit is a hands-on, exhibit-tour-style session where small groups rotate through live 5-minute demo walkthroughs from founders building deep and hard tech — each one making the case for why their tech matters, why the world needs it now, and how it actually works.

Laminar, the only physical AI company powering Process-Aware Autonomy for self-driving factories, teams up with Berkeley Gateway Accelerator — a deep tech accelerator based in Downtown Berkeley — and Greentown Labs, the world’s largest climatetech incubator network, to bring you Open Circuit.

The full lineup draws from deep and hard tech founders, spanning climate, robotics, physical AI, and beyond — no single sector dominates the floor.

This event is designed to feel the way walking through a gallery feels — you move room to room, something new catches you each time, and you leave having absorbed more than you expected to. Small rotating groups keep the format intimate; founders get an audience’s full attention rather than competing for it across a noisy room, and attendees get real conversation and real learning instead of small talk.

Founders, come show what you’re building. There are 12 stations, and each one is you and a small group of people who genuinely want to understand your work.

Apply here — open through September 21.

This event is part of #SFTechWeek, a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem. Learn more at tech-week.com.
