Greentown Houston + The Ion: Black History Month Event
BlackStreet is a month-long series of Black History Month events in the Ion District to celebrate and spotlight the contributions of Black innovators. Greentown Labs is hosting the Climate & Community event in partnership with The Ion on Tuesday February 21, 2023, where we are inviting members of Houston’s black and brown communities to understand the importance of their participation in the clean energy transition and climate crisis.
The Climate & Community is a free event that’s open to the public, with a Happy Hour session for networking and guest speakers, Kenneth Williams & Jhana Porter, who will share insight on the importance of black and brown community engagement in climatetech.
