Climatetech Summit COVID-19 Safety Precautions

As a community that’s rooted in science, transparency, and support, we’ve decided to do what we believe is in the best interest of our team, startups, partners, and attendees: we will require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination for all in-person attendees at Greentown Labs’ 2021 Climatetech Summit. There will be no exceptions. Attendees will be expected to show proof of vaccination upon arrival at either our Somerville, MA or Houston, TX incubator—you do not need to submit proof of vaccination during the registration process. Full vaccination is defined as two weeks out from your second shot of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine, or your first shot of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Mask guidance for any indoor segments of the in-person event will be provided closer to the event date and will follow local and state guidelines. 

The Climatetech Summit aims to serve as a catalyst for meaningful connections, conversations, and collaborations in the name of climate action—both in-person and virtual. The health and safety of our community and attendees remains our top priority and we are confident that by implementing this safety measure, all in-person attendees will be able to safely and comfortably convene.
