DESCRIPTION:Join the City of Somerville in celebrating the release of its updated community climate action plan\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  Register for Event\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n​Step into Somerville in 2050\, an inspiring community where our collective efforts have triumphed in creating a climate-forward society. Participate in interactive art installations that depict our shared vision of resilience in the face of climate change. \n\n\n\n​At this event\, attendees will join the City of Somerville in celebrating the release of its updated community climate action plan—the Climate Forward plan. The event is open to all and is family friendly. The event will include interactive art\, light refreshments (some of which will contain nuts)\, and live music. \n\n\n\n​Registration is requested but not required. We’re a short walk from the newly opened Union Square station\, as well as 1 mile away from the Harvard MBTA station. Union Square in Somerville is also easily accessible via the #86 and #91 MBTA buses. We offer bike parking on-site and the closest Bluebikes stations are at Dane St.\, Conway Park and Union Square. \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nEvent Health + Safety Policy\n\n\n\nThis event is in-person and masks are encouraged but not required Greentown Labs.
